Dear v.e. - I know that this is a blog about a tv show, but have you ever heard of "tongue-in-cheek" humor? Isn't this all a fantasy anyway? Why are you even reading "Margene's Blog" if you aren't aware that this is all a fantasy? I know that this person is an actress, in fact, I just watched her in a movie on HBO earlier this evening. We're just having some fun and playing that we are a part of the make-believe, too. Can't we have some fun? And I do like the video blogs better, and I like seeing Ginnifer Goodwin speaking to us, instead of an unknown writer writing the blogs, It's fun! I like going to NBC.com and looking behind the scenes at "The Office" and their crazy characters, too. I watch TV to escape reality for a little while. Life is too short to be so serious all of the time.

I think the video blog is a great way to blog. Sometimes when I am reading the journal entries I have a hard time understanding how you mean to say something. With the video blog I hear the tone intened in your voice and the expressions on your face. This is a great idea!

Margene, love it love it love it. My mom lives all the way across the country and we get on video and chat sometimes. It makes the world seem not so big. I love being able to see you and how crazy normal your life can be sometimes. Keep at it and I'm looking forward to the next blog from you.

I like the video because it feels like Margene is actually involved and not just the writers who write for her, BUT I think we got much more info out of reading the blog the old fashioned way. The video didnt say much, plus Margene should feel more comfortable in front of the camera because she's already used to it doing the home shopping :)
